CHARITY ORGANIZATION „INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FUND "UKRAINIAN RENAISSANCE – XXI CENTURY“, represented by the Head of the Foundation, Mrs. Yevheniia Vakulenko revokes and terminates the Power of Attorney, issued on July 29, 2022, issued to Mr. Oleksandr G. Kogan, for the representation of the interests of the BRANCH IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA (USA) OR „UKRAINIAN RENAISSANCE – XXI CENTURY“ (FLORIDA NON PROFIT FOREIGN CORPORATION „UKRAINIAN RENAISSANCE – XXI CENTURY, INC“.
All powers of Mr. Oleksandr G. Kogan to represent the interests of the FLORIDA NON PROFIT FOREIGN CORPORATION „UKRAINIAN RENAISSANCE – XXI CENTURY, INC“ dated June 9, 2023 are terminated, signatures under any documents are invalid and void.
Additionally, as of June 9, 2023, the legal address of the FLORIDA NON PROFIT FOREIGN CORPORATION „UKRAINIAN RENAISSANCE – XXI CENTURY, INC.“ has been changed. The new address now appears as follows: 7901 4TH ST. N, STE. 300, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33702.
